We are partnering with a highly respected Early Childhood Education provider known for its supportive culture, beautiful learning environments, and commitment to high-quality care. We’re searching for an inspirational and experienced Centre Director to lead their passionate team and drive the operational success of this vibrant facility.

The Role

As Centre Director, you will take full ownership of the daily operations, financial performance, and educational delivery of the service. You will lead by example, mentoring staff, driving enrollment growth, and building deep, reciprocal relationships with families and the local community.

• Based in Greenlane, Auckland
• Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and empower a team of dedicated educators, fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
• Oversee financial budgets, manage occupancy, and ensure strict compliance with local licensing and health and safety regulations.
• Ensure exceptional curriculum standards, inclusive practices, and high-quality learning outcomes for all children.
• Act as the face of the centre, building strong connections with families and networking within the local community.

What You Will Bring

• A qualified Early Childhood Education (ECE) professional with current teacher registration (highly preferred), with a related Bachelor Degree.
• Proven success in a Centre Manager, Director, or strong Assistant Director role or related leadership role.
• A strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of local education regulations, compliance standards, and funding systems.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and an approachable communication style.
