Expression of Interest
As the Commercial Performance & Insights Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering trends and commercial insights to fuel better decision-making. This is not just a reporting role, you will partner with teams across the business to shape sales strategy, enhance forecasting accuracy, and elevate overall performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse commercial and sales performance data to highlight key trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Strategic Reporting: Build and present dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports to key stakeholders, supporting sales and operational planning.
Forecasting Support: Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, contributing to accurate demand planning and business preparedness.
Market & Customer Insights: Research market trends and competitor movements to help the business respond with agility.
Collaborative Projects: Work alongside sales, finance, and supply chain teams to provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
About You
You are curious, confident with numbers, and naturally commercial. You enjoy solving problems with data and helping others understand the “why” behind the numbers.
Skills and Experience
2+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, business performance, or sales reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex datasets
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and planning tools a bonus
