Communications and Engagement Advisor
The Company
Join the Technology department, working on a pivotal project focused on successfully implementing new HRIS systems through clear, timely, and well-placed communications.
The Role
Are you an experienced Communications and Engagement professional ready to drive change within a large, complex organization?
- You will be responsible for developing and executing internal stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
- You'll play a key role in helping people understand what is happening and how it impacts them by delivering high-quality, consistent messages across a range of channels.
- This position involves creating a variety of communication content, from project updates and newsletters to intranet content.
- You will also be responsible for assisting with stakeholder engagement to gain support for the project and managing the impact of change through proactive communication.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in hands-on delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement for large, complex transformation projects.
- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and graphic design.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive relationships at all levels.
- A tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline, communications, journalism, or marketing, or five years of relevant experience.
