Job Details:
- Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Ranging from $28.88 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Mt Wellington location
What You'll Do: Delivering excellent customer service as the initial point of contact for all inquiries. You'll primarily handle inbound calls, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of any office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing expert assistance with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Accurately input customer information and requests into computer systems.
- Talk to customers on the phone in a friendly, professional way that leaves a great impression.
- Use empathy and understanding to connect with customers and help them find the right solutions.
- Navigate various digital systems and platforms effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in demanding situations.
About you:
To be eligible for this role, you should:
- Be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or possess a valid open work visa
- Have proven customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excel in high-pressure or stressful situations, demonstrating confidence and resilience
- Be technologically adept, quick to learn and use new systems accurately
- Display a strong work ethic, a passion for helping people, and a commitment to teamwork
