About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team in Wellington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others through clear communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries across phone, email and digital channels
Accurately update and maintain CRM and internal databases
Participate in outbound calling campaigns using structured scripts
Provide consistent, high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement practical solutions
