We’re currently partnering with a leader in the Data Infrastructure and Analytics space to find a Customer Success Coordinator to join their Auckland-based commercial team. This role acts as the operational anchor for client relationships, combining high-quality service desk coordination with proactive account support.
The Opportunity
As the key link between technical engineering teams and corporate clients, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from end to end. You’ll confidently switch between resolving day-to-day client enquiries and supporting consultants with high-impact presentations and client deliverables.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full client-facing ticketing lifecycle, including triage, tracking, prioritisation, and coordination to ensure timely and professional resolution of enquiries.
- Conducting structured follow-ups after project delivery to support client adoption, measure satisfaction, and identify additional opportunities.
- Collaborating with the GM and consulting teams to develop polished, data-driven client presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Building strong operational relationships with key client contacts and keeping stakeholders informed on system updates and ongoing enquiries.
- Acting as the central point of coordination for client issues, escalating complex technical or data-related matters to internal engineering teams where required.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in customer success, account coordination, service delivery, or a client-facing service desk environment.
- Experience within SaaS, technology, or data-driven environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong experience using modern ticketing platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Confident presentation and document formatting skills using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Solid Excel capability and confidence discussing analytics outputs and digital reporting with corporate stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and client-friendly way.
- A high level of autonomy, professionalism, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
