- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + uncapped commission
- Location: Offices based in Auckland City Centre, hybrid working model
As a first-mover in this space, you will spearhead new business acquisition, introducing market-leading MarTech, digital advertising, and AI automation to New Zealand businesses. With the product already proven and integrated into the company's ecosystem, this position offers huge growth potential, uncapped territory, and the chance to pave the way in a newly created function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute outbound prospecting targeting Senior Executives, Marketing Managers, Heads of Digital, and CMOs.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery calls to pitching tailored proposals that solve real business challenges.
- Position advanced digital marketing strategies alongside cutting-edge AI technology to help clients capture untapped revenue.
- Maintain a high volume of activity and manage your active pipeline via HubSpot.
- Work closely with internal post-sales and account teams to hand off winning campaigns for seamless delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in outbound cold prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, or emerging AI technologies.
- Confident presenting, negotiating, and holding strategic, high-level conversations with senior decision-makers.
- High drive, commercial acumen, and a proactive, self-starter approach to hitting targets.
- Full NZ Driver’s License and experience using CRMs like HubSpot.
