You will be responsible for translating brand identities into high-performing digital assets for web and app. As the lead on digital asset guidelines, you will ensure all outputs are optimized for maximum performance, visual fidelity, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Production: Execute high-quality designs across digital platforms using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Technical Optimization: Prepare and engineer assets (images, icons, fonts) to ensure fast load times and cross-device compatibility.
Standards & Specifications: Manage and update digital asset specifications and technical guideline documents.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with UI designers to stress-test components and lead the delivery of digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Technical QA: Generate specific assets for QA processes and content migration.
Requirements:
Hands-on tools: Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Technical Asset Management: Proven ability to optimize assets for various outputs and devices.
Accessibility Standards: Experience ensuring all designs and assets meet strict accessibility requirements.
Communication: Ability to defend design decisions to stakeholders and integrate feedback into final iterations.
