We are seeking a Finance Team Leader to help shape operations from the ground up and guide a newly formed team.
The Role
- Support the Head of Finance in managing full-cycle local accounting operations, ensuring data precision and timely monthly closings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of 4–5 finance professionals in a fast-paced, greenfield environment.
- Assist in establishing robust internal controls and implementing modern financial IT systems (e.g., SAP).
