Job Details
- Location: Mostly Auckland, however travel required up into Northland on a few occasions
- Start Date: ASAP (immediate start)
- End Date: Approximately 2 months (with strong potential for longer term extension)
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: $35 - $40ph + 8% holiday pay
Location: Regional travel mostly around Auckland, however a few locations located between Kaitaia and Waiuku focusing on public hospitals and health centres. Your own vehicle is required; mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
What You'll Do
This is a unique, hands-on role where you will be the face of a critical data and compliance initiative for the health-care sector. Your primary mission will be to ensure the integrity and legal compliance of a proprietary industry database by securing necessary in-person consent and verification from key health-care professionals. You will use your professional sales and relationship-building skills to execute a high-volume field campaign smoothly, safely, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and undertake daily fieldwork operations, travelling to a variety of sites including public hospitals and GP clinics across a designated territory.
- Engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals (HCPs) gathering and capturing data
- Execute a streamlined process for in-person verification and data capture, maintaining a high volume of daily interactions.
- Accurately process and validate all collected consent data and manage associated field reports.
- Oversee all logistics for your daily travel schedule, including potential overnight stays, ensuring efficient territory coverage.
- Ensure all project protocols, compliance standards, and health and safety requirements are followed rigorously.
- Contribute to daily reporting, communicating challenges and successes to the project management team.
About You

You are a problem-solver who can manage your own schedule, think on your feet, and maintain a professional demeanor while focusing on a single, key measurable outcome. You possess exceptional discipline and a commitment to hitting daily and weekly targets.
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- Proven field sales experience in either the Pharmaceutical or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors, or equivalent experience in highly regulated, target-driven environments.
- A results-driven mindset with a primary focus on achieving high-volume data/consent capture.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a demanding, self-directed travel schedule.
- A full and clean driver's license and reliable personal vehicle suitable for extensive travel.
- A high degree of professional communication skills, capable of building rapport quickly with busy health-care professionals.
- Comfort with technology for data capture, reporting, and territory management.
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake extensive travel and occasional overnight stays as required by the project territory.
