HR Advisor
Our client is looking for a versatile HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team for a 6-month fixed-term assignment. This is a pivotal role designed to provide advisory support and administrative backbone during a period of high workload.

The Role
In this 6-month placement, you’ll be the "go-to" for a wide range of tasks. Our client needs someone who can pivot between high-level support and detailed administration:
HR Advisory: Providing reliable, frontline advice to managers on policy, best practices, and performance queries.
Contract & Letter Management: Taking full ownership of drafting employment agreements, variation letters, and formal correspondence with 100% accuracy.
Generalist Coordination: Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding administration to maintaining HRIS integrity.
Workflow Agility: Stepping in wherever the team needs you most - whether that’s helping with a recruitment drive or streamlining internal documentation.
What our client is looking for:
Solid Advisory Foundation: You have proven experience in an HR Advisory role and feel confident navigating employment relations and policy.
Administrative Excellence: You are "hands-on" and happy to manage your own typing and documentation. You take pride in getting the details right the first time.
Adaptability: You enjoy a "muck-in" culture where no task is too big or too small.
Commitment: You are available to commit to a full 6-month term and can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
