The Role
This is a busy, full-time onsite generalist role, where you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the following:
- End-to-End Recruitment - The hiring process, spanning from identifying a staffing need and sourcing candidates all the way through to their final selection and successful onboarding.
- HR Compliance & Child Safety - Critically maintaining police vetting schedules and ensuring child safety and working with children requirements are met.
- System & Process Management - On-boarding new staff and maintaining records in their HRIS software (Citation) and managing other schedules.
- Payroll Support - Gaining familiarity with the payroll system to ensure a seamless fortnightly process.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
While we're looking for around three years of combined recruitment and generalist HR experience, team fit and attitude are most important.
We are looking for someone that is great with technology, able to rapidly pick up new systems and processes, someone who is proactive, and ready to contribute to a positive, supportive culture.
Expertise in Child Safety Checks and police vetting processes as well as experience with the HRIS software Citation is a definite plus.
The HR Manager loves a bit of banter so a sense of humour is a must!
