SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience working within an IT Help-desk/Service Desk environment in an on-site client side position.
- ITIL foundation certified or have experience working within an ITIL environment understanding its sound processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft systems and modern desktop applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping non-technical users.
- Managing user accounts, licenses, Active Directory, Handling password resets, user permissions
- Ability to balance telephone-based troubleshooting with hands-on physical desktop support.
- Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and supporting digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
