Reporting to a Service Lead, you will be the face of IT for the wider business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality 1st level technical support via the busy IT helpdesk.
- Deliver in-person desktop support services to team members across the wider business.
- Contribute to technical projects that support the organisation's ongoing digital transformation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software within a dedicated Microsoft environment.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by providing clear and engaging technical assistance.
- Collaborate with the Service Lead to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience working within a IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft systems and modern desktop applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping non-technical users.
- Managing user accounts, licenses, Active Directory, Handling password resets, user permissions
- Ability to balance phone-based troubleshooting with hands-on physical desktop support.
- Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and supporting digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
