We are currently seeking experienced Legal Secretaries for a variety of temporary and permanent roles with leading legal practices across Christchurch. These opportunities offer the chance to join supportive teams and play a key role in the smooth running of busy legal offices.

Immediate temporary roles with established firms
Permanent and contract positions across varying practice sizes
Opportunities with a focus on litigation and/or conveyancing
Diary management and meeting coordination
Opening and managing client files and matters
Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents
Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone
Managing confidential information with discretion
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and AML compliance
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (NZ legal environment preferred)
Familiarity with litigation or conveyancing (both highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
