Lighting Designer

In this newly elevated role, you'll take full ownership of the lighting design arm of the business. What You'll Be Doing:
Design and deliver high-quality lighting plans for a range of markets, including industrial, commercial, and architectural
Provide accurate pricing and quotes for clients
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth
Liaise directly with architects, designers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project invoicing, timelines, and budget to ensure commercial success
Meet and exceed sales targets and profit margins
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor and report on progress, making timely adjustments to stay on track
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance regulations
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in lighting design, with a strong understanding of industry standards
A natural ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
Previous success managing projects from concept to completion
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
A sales-focused mindset with a drive to identify opportunities and deliver results
