My client is a large government agency with a number of substantial projects in the pipeline. Their current, awesome BA Manager is being seconded to a new, exciting piece of work so they are taking the opportunity to bring in some fresh eyes to seek out any improvements that can be made to the Business Analysis Practice.
The focus will be on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Around 75% of the role will be focused on reviewing the function and developing recommendations for change, including opportunities to leverage AI, reduce unnecessary artefacts, streamline delivery, and adopt more agile ways of working. The remaining 25% will involve providing leadership and support to the team while the review is undertaken.
You will bring extensive hands-on Business Analysis experience as well as expertise in managing a BA practice and working with associated teams and stakeholders.
This is a six month contract initially but highly likely to extend for a further six months.
