Key Responsibilities:
You'll support the property projects team in successfully delivering all projects while our project managers will handle the day-to-day execution of individual projects. Your role will involve:
Providing strategic oversight and leadership for the entire project portfolio.
Engaging in ad hoc project work as needed.
Developing and coaching our junior project managers and coordinators, imparting your knowledge and acting as a mentor.
Offering support and guidance for project managers when things get tough, building their confidence and professional development.
We're looking for someone with hands-on project management experience, specifically in commercial or retail property projects, including space rebuilds or fit-outs.
