The Role
As the Operations and Control Manager, you will serve as the central control point for commercial operations. This hands-on role takes full ownership of the end-to-end commercial operating rhythm—from opportunity approval through contracting, delivery mobilization, billing, and revenue recognition—ensuring disciplined execution, accuracy, and audit-readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial Contracting & Governance: Serving as the central point of contact for regional contracting, developing, reviewing, and executing client contracts, amendments, and renewals while ensuring full alignment with deal structures.
- Sales Enablement & Opportunity Management: Supporting advisory leads by coordinating operational workflows across internal systems, removing deal bottlenecks, and streamlining contracting turnaround times.
- Revenue Operations & Reporting: Supporting monthly forecasting, accurate revenue recognition, and commercial tracking while proactively escalating revenue-at-risk issues.
- Business Controls & Operational Governance: Performing core controls across purchase orders, statements of work, third-party workforce setup, and offshore cash billing to maintain a transparent risk and governance cadence.
- Process Excellence & Data Quality: Driving data governance across project systems, identifying automation opportunities, and establishing repeatable operating practices to support regional growth.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of commercial operations, Line 1 Risk, governance, or consulting operations experience across the full commercial lifecycle.
- Core Skills: Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven expertise managing pipeline, contracting, revenue realization, and complex matrixed environments.
- Workflows: In-depth capability in establishing disciplined operating routines, tracking action items, managing risk escalation, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Approach: A self-directed operator who takes pride in the details, acts with high ownership, and uses data to resolve operational ambiguity.
- Preferred Background: Prior exposure to large-scale professional services delivery models, corporate banking, financial technology, or high-governance commercial operations.
