We have partnered with a prominent company currently seeking an experienced, agile Organisational Development (OD) Specialist for an initial 6-month contract.
This role is ideal for a seasoned contractor who thrives in dynamic environments. The core focus of this assignment is on Performance Frameworks—specifically supporting the wider OD team with the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of key performance initiatives.
As the project progresses, the scope of this role may evolve, offering a fantastic opportunity to lend your expertise to broader strategic OD workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Shape and refine performance management frameworks and tools aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Implementation: Support the seamless rollout of OD initiatives, ensuring high engagement across the business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal OD team to share insights, build capability, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Adapt & Evolve: Flex and adapt to changing project needs as the scope of the assignment develops.
