This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract for 6 months, offering a competitive salary of $105k - $110k. This role is office-based (5 days a week) and will require some travel to our various sites to support our teams through this transition.
The Opportunity
In this role, you won’t just be processing pay—you will be a key driver in integrating and streamlining our systems to ensure we are fit for the future. You will work across multiple entities with differing structures, helping us consolidate into a centralised, high-performing model.
Key Priorities
System Integration: Support the migration of multiple companies from legacy platforms into PayGlobal.

Change Support: Act as a bridge between the project and our people, providing training and clear communication to managers and employees alike.
About You
We are looking for a unique blend of payroll technicality and HR sensibility. You are likely a seasoned Payroll Specialist or an HR Professional with a heavy systems lean who isn't afraid to dive deep into data.
Your toolkit should include:

... - Project Savvy: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple concurrent streams, and have experience with UAT and system testing.
Relationship Driven: You can translate complex payroll data into clear advice for stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Finance, or a payroll/accounting certification is preferred.
Why Join Us?
Drive Innovation: Lead the charge on a project that will redefine how we manage our most important asset—our people.
Collaborative Culture: Work within a supportive People & Culture team committed to excellence.
Professional Growth: Gain hands-on experience in complex, large-scale system implementations and change management.
