We’re looking for a commercially savvy leader to join a small, dedicated team driving uplift and excellence across procurement, supplier engagement, and contract management functions. This is a unique opportunity to help set the standard for government commercial practice, through designing and embedding new training and reporting frameworks.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of key initiatives that strengthen commercial capability and enhance organisational compliance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to roll out new ways of working, while ensuring continuous improvement in how we manage contracts and commercial relationships.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced procurement or commercial professional with significant experience in complex environments.
Strong background in designing and delivering training and reporting programmes.
Skilled at influencing across all levels of an organisation, including governance forums.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Passion for public sector impact and commercial best practice.
