Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with strong technical skills and a passion for supporting project teams? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a small team supporting Project Managers working across projects nationwide. This position provides essential support across multiple high-profile construction projects within the organisation.
What You'll Do: Operational Excellence & Project Support
As a key support to the project managers, you'll play a crucial role in contract management, data reporting, and project tracking, ensuring smooth project delivery and contributing directly to the successful completion of government-led construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contract Express & K2 Management:
Creating contracts and SFAs for Building Surveyors, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Contractors, and other consultants.
Managing contract creation, orders, order variations, and necessary updates.
Uploading project forms and maintaining accurate project records.
Project Coordination & Reporting:
Tracking project progress, following up on key deliverables, and ensuring school-led and CW-led projects stay on schedule.
Updating monthly reporting data and project trackers for Project Managers.
Managing invoicing, data handling, procurement records, and business communications.
What You'll Bring: Technical Skills & Team Spirit
We are looking for a capable coordinator who brings strong technical acumen and a dedicated, team-first attitude.
Advanced Data Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.).
Data Visualisation: Experience with Power BI and working with large datasets.
Contract Expertise: Strong contract administration skills, particularly with K2 and Contract Express.
Organisational Skills: A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with project teams.
Attitude: A supportive and proactive nature, eager to step in and help the team achieve deadlines.
