With connections to our customer networks these provide centralized management from the Tait Global Service Management Centre.In this role you will lead the operation of the tools, ensuring:Continuous availability of customer monitoringDesigning and delivering monitoring for new managed customersPlanning and scheduling enhancements to the tools through delivery of releasesWorking with the tool vendors to address issues where required.Seeking Continuous Operational Improvements for the monitoring technicians.About YouWe are looking for experience working with IT Infrastructure Operations and Management. Experience in communications is desirable.Required Skills3+ years experience in an IT/Communications infrastructure management roleGraduate qualification in IT/Engineering or related fieldCCNA or equivalent is highly desirableFoundation level knowledge of the ITIL frameworkPrevious experience working with BMC Truesight and Entuity Network Analytics is advantageousThis is an excellent career opportunity for the right person.
