Are you a sharp evaluator with a knack for identifying talent? Randstad’s Volume and Projects team is looking for dedicated Recruitment Consultants to support a large-scale, high-profile assessment project.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll play a key part in evaluating applicants and helping to facilitate a significant selection process.
The Mission
You will be responsible for evaluating applicants through a structured assessment process. Your core tasks include:
- Virtual Interviewing: Conducting structured interviews in pairs (using a provided script) to assess candidate suitability.
- Written Assessments: Reviewing and scoring written submissions with a keen eye for detail and strict criteria alignment.
- Information Management: Utilising the Google Workspace suite to record data, manage schedules, and ensure accurate reporting.
The Details
- Start Date: 4 May
- End Date: 19 June (Fixed-term, 7-week project)
- Training: 1 week of fully paid training provided to get you up to speed.
- Pay Range: $30 – $40 per hour (depending on experience).
- Shift Times: We require coverage between 8.30 am – 7.00 pm.
What You’ll Need
- Tech Savvy: You must be comfortable working within the Google platform.
- Equipment: You will need to provide your own laptop/equipment.
- Note: If you are based in Auckland and working from our office, equipment will be provided.
- Expert Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential for interviewing and assessment.
- Availability: As this is a set 7-week timeline, we require commitment for the full duration of the project (no extensions available).
