SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record as a Senior Technical BA within Agile delivery environments.
- Salesforce platform knowledge and experience delivering Salesforce-related initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Proven experience defining requirements for digital, data, integration, or platform-based solutions.
- Ability to analyse complex domains quickly and deliver practical technical outcomes
- Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams to drive alignment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within a small, high-performing team.
