They are committed to helping seniors, people with disabilities, and vulnerable members of our community maintain their independence. You will be the face of the service, ensuring that help is always just the push of a button away. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing positive, trusting relationships with customers who rely on medical alarms
• Following up on warm leads and inquiries from families looking for the best safety solutions for their loved ones
• Demonstrate and install monitored alarm systems to ensure customers feel confident using them
• Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment
• Promoting services at community events and conducting group demonstrations
• Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinating the appropriate assistance

About You
We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy problem solvers who are passionate about supporting their community. To succeed in this role, you will be a strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. To hit the ground running, you will bring:

• A proven background in a customer-facing role with strong empathy and personal resilience
• A full New Zealand driver licence, held for a minimum of 2 years, with strong driving confidence
• Good technical and problem-solving skills; comfortable troubleshooting equipment and devices
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to change
• You are someone who takes initiative, acts with honesty, listens openly to feedback, and respects the contributions of others
