Are you a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAS & SQL? Do you enjoy turning large datasets into actionable business insights that drive key decisions? If so, we have an exciting contract opportunity for you!

I’m partnering with a leading organisation seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team on a contract basis until April 2026. You’ll work in a hybrid setup based in Auckland, delivering high-quality analysis and business reporting to support strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing large and complex datasets to extract valuable business insights and support decision-making processes
• Creating clear, compelling reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings effectively
• Tackling complex data problems with a sharp analytical mindset, identifying trends and opportunities
• Supporting the team with additional insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in SAS & SQL (must-have)
• Strong experience in analyzing large datasets and delivering business insights
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business deliverables
• Desirable skills: experience with Python and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
