The Role

As a Data insight Analyst, you will build, design, and optimize data-driven customer communication strategies across major portfolios. This includes:

Designing: Building and executing data-driven customer communications using SQL/SAS and similar tools.
Translating: Marketing and product requirements into technical campaign builds, segmentation logic, and data structures.
Analyzing: Pre and post-campaign performance, identifying key drivers, and recommending optimization opportunities.
Developing: Analytical assets, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to track and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborating: Within agile squads to deliver compliant, scalable, and personalized multi-channel communications.

Key Requirements

Strong experience in SQL/SAS for data analysis, campaign development, and data manipulation.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets, surface insights, and build analytical assets.
Experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, or customer analytics (banking or financial services domain is an advantage).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
A structured problem-solving approach with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality outputs.
Permanent fixed-term opportunity running until June 2028, offering potential for further extension.
