- Full-time, office-based (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Hourly rate: $31ph + 8% holiday pay
- Location: Eden Terrace, New Zealand
What You'll Do:
This role is all about being the first line of defense for our users, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent technical assistance. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of IT support functions, honing skills that are essential for any career in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing IT issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently and effectively.
