Lead Frontend Engineer
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to own and shape the frontend experience across our digital products, websites, and internal tools. This role is intentionally balanced between technical frontend engineering and creative UI/UX execution.
In this role, you will be fully involved from early concept through to build, release, and ongoing improvement. It is an ideal environment for a developer who wants to build high-quality, maintainable systems while directly influencing how digital experiences look, feel, flow, and communicate to users.
The Role & Stack
- Engagement: Full-Time, Permanent.
- Scope: External products, marketing campaigns, and internal operational tools.
- Core Stack: HTML5, CSS3, Modern JavaScript (React/Vue), and REST/GraphQL.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Architect: Design scalable UIs, reusable component libraries, and robust frontend structures.
- Shape the UX: Drive user flows, interactions, and interface behavior to elevate the brand.
- Integrate & Deliver: Connect backend APIs to frontend features and own the UI through CI/CD deployment to production.
- Collaborate: Partner seamlessly with product, creative, and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical constraints.
What You Bring
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise building production-grade apps using modern JS (React/Vue).
- Technical Polish: Strong responsive design skills with a firm grasp of accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- System Connections: Solid commercial experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus Points: Practical WordPress experience, exposure to Figma/design systems, motion/animation, and SEO best practices.
