Ready to launch your career in corporate learning? We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic junior role where you'll get to support a creative and experienced team. You will play a critical part in helping us create engaging e-learning programs that boost the skills and performance of our employees across all our sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of our L&D team, you will provide crucial support to our senior specialists. Your day-to-day will include:
... Supporting our Senior Instructional Designer to create engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
Helping the Senior Instructional Designer build training plans and quizzes within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Working with our Systems Specialist to update and improve the processes for the L&D team.
Assisting with the daily administration of the LMS to keep our records accurate and support our users.
Helping manage L&D support tickets through JIRA to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
About You - The Essentials:
Experience using Articulate Storyline to create e-learning.
Experience working with an LMS or the digital competence to learn one quickly.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development or related role.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Management.
A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
