What you’ll be doing
People & Culture
... Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, contracts, training, development, and offboarding.
Keep policies and processes up to date with NZ employment law and best practice.
Partner with managers to deliver performance initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and professional development opportunities.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.
Work alongside the admin team to keep the office and systems running smoothly.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and events
Support sustainability, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Provide assistance to senior leadership, including reports, board papers, and stakeholder engagement.
Help deliver on growth initiatives and culture-building activities.
Coordinate staff events and initiatives to strengthen engagement and connection.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in HR, operations, or business administration.
Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and HR best practice.
Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with Xero Payroll is a plus.
Familiar with social media management and branding/marketing collateral.
Excellent communicator with strong organisation and multitasking skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across different areas of a business.
