The Role Details:

• Engagement: Contract - 6 months
• Start: ASAP start is preferred, ideally before Christmas. A four-week notice period can be considered.
• Location: Auckland (Hybrid model) – Three days in the office required, with Thursday as the anchor day.
• Interview Process: Just one interview round

The Core Mission :

You will provide daily team and product leadership, ensuring the 15-person squad (including Frontend, Backend Engineers, BAs, QAs, and Designers) operates efficiently.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the squad and providing daily product leadership.
• Managing risks and dependencies across the project.
• Engaging with stakeholders effectively.
• Making swift, confident decisions.

Key Technical & Delivery Experience:

We need proven experience in large-scale technical delivery, not just high-level strategy.

• E-commerce Experience: Strong, proven background in E-commerce environments.
• Large Transformation: Proven delivery experience in large, complex transformation projects, ideally within web or e-commerce.
• Delivery Focus: Proven delivery experience in large and complex environments.
• Tools: Familiarity with Commercetools and Contentful (Design system) is highly beneficial. Experience with Jira and Figma is also helpful.
