They have a small-medium sized team of Architects, Revit Technicians and Architectural Graduates and they are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Graduate/ Architect to join their business. This practice is predominantly working on commercial and multi-unit residential projects. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of post-grad experience, strong in building design documentation, particularly the residential/apartment market.They are looking for a self-starter with the ability to model and present concepts, undertake initial designs to Resource consent and Detailed design.You will be joining a team with a wealth of experience, this is an environment where you can continue to learn and develop your own skills alongside and the opportunity to mentor junior staff. This role will pay circa $80K-$100K plus based on experience.
