This is a true sales role with a rewarding, uncapped commission structure that provides a great opportunity to maximise your earnings. Your primary focus will be on helping customers secure the best finance options for their new vehicles and offering tailored insurance and warranty products.

Sales Drive: You have a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. You're a self-starter who is motivated by the opportunity to earn a strong commission.
Relationship-Driven: You thrive on building rapport and connecting with customers, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
Team Player: We believe that team fit is everything. We are a fun, supportive group where staff are valued by management and genuinely support each other to succeed.
Finance/Insurance Acumen: While a background in finance or insurance is a plus, it is not essential. We are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and the drive to learn.
