... As the Sales Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of the action. Your core responsibilities will include:
Supporting the national sales and marketing teams with promotional planning and weekly performance reviews.
Managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes, including demand forecasting and planning.
Consolidating sales forecasts to ensure precise, business-wide demand projections.
Using data to generate insights and support key decision-making.
Providing essential operational and administrative support to keep sales activities running smoothly.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
Developing deep product knowledge across the company's fantastic range.
Helping to refine sales processes and reporting tools.
What Skills Will You Bring to the Table?
We are looking for a candidate with a unique blend of analytical prowess and interpersonal skills.
Your Knowledge:
- Crucial experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
A solid understanding of sales operations, promotional planning, and demand forecasting.
Familiarity with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.
Knowledge of data tools such as Power BI, Blueshift, Excel, and Circana.
Awareness of commercial sales principles.
Knowledge of meat and smallgoods categories, or a strong willingness to learn.
Your Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A high level of organisation and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
