Are you a dynamic professional who excels at understanding complex technical requirements and translating them into tangible solutions within Salesforce and beyond? I'm looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst or a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a critical Programme based in Auckland.
You'll be the vital link between the key internal stakeholders and the dedicated Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Translation: Conduct in-depth workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. You'll then expertly translate these complex technical and business needs into clear, actionable work for the developers.
Solution Design & Documentation: Lead the design of robust solutions within Salesforce CRM, creating comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, workflows, and process maps.
Salesforce Configuration & Implementation: Work directly with the Salesforce CRM to integrate solutions with developers ensuring they align with documented requirements and best practices.
Programme Delivery Support: Utilize your experience with Confluence, Jira, and scheduling tools to support process design, coordinate testing.
Collaboration & Communication: Act as a critical liaison, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between business users and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, jump into the details when systems don't behave as expected, and leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various business functions.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM in a delivery-heavy environment OR, demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Functional Consultant capacity, including hands-on configuration and solution design within the platform.
Solid understanding of Salesforce. Please note, this is NOT a coding role.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow design, and creating comprehensive technical documentation.
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and scheduling tools to manage project artifacts, track progress, and support operational readiness.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex technical details and business understanding.
A proactive, autonomous, and calm approach to problem-solving, thriving amidst multiple moving parts.
