What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales and building strong customer partnerships across New Zealand. You’ll work closely with key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and support the execution of commercial strategies across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of key retail accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support market expansion
- Support the development and execution of sales and account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver successful product launches
- Monitor performance across sales, margins, and customer engagement
- Contribute to forecasting and commercial planning
About You:
- Experience within FMCG / food manufacturing
- Proven background in account management or business development within retail
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
- Motivated by growth and keen to step into a broader, more strategic role
