We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative programme team within a leading financial institution. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on BA who is passionate about delivering real business outcomes.

Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to define vague problem statements, explore options, and make recommendations.
Capture and document current state processes, target state solutions, business requirements, and solution designs.
Perform data analysis and present findings through clear tables, graphs, and visuals.
Collaborate with project and programme managers to define deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
Flexibly pivot tasks as programme needs evolve, maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Banking experience is essential – ideally with a focus on Funds Management, KiwiSaver, and investment products.
- Deep knowledge of Funds Management and investment business models.
- High cognitive ability- able to quickly absorb and work with complex models and frameworks.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset- comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping solutions with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way.
- Ability to work at pace, take ownership, and deliver high-quality outputs without requiring micromanagement.
Deliverables Include:
- Current state analysis (process flows, diagrams, documentation).
- Business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Future state and solution design documentation.
- Basic data analysis and reporting.
