Your responsibilities include:
- Development: Implementing high-performance features in a React/TypeScript application.
- Quality Assurance: Leading test automation using Playwright to ensure application reliability.
- Accessibility: Driving the implementation and testing of accessibility across new platform features.
- Integration: Ensuring seamless integration with the Design System (Figma) and underlying services.
Key Technical Requirements
We require a contractor who can immediately contribute with the following skills:
- React Mastery: Senior-level experience in developing and migrating large-scale applications with React.
- TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript for robust, type-safe front-end development.
- Test Automation: Proven hands-on experience with an automation framework, preferably Playwright.
- Accessibility: Demonstrable experience implementing and testing against WCAG standards.
- Architecture: Experience in environments migrating from older frameworks (e.g., Angular) to React.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS) integration, particularly Contentful.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale Design Systems (e.g., consuming Figma specs).

- Start Date: ASAP (ideally within 1-2 weeks).
- Location: Auckland (Hybrid model: 3 days in-office required).
