The Role
Reporting to a dedicated Sr. Project Manager you will be the lynchpin of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time. This is a hands-on role where you will apply your coordination and communication expertise across a variety of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including action logs, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships and managing effective communication flows.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating complex problems where necessary.
- Schedule and organise project-related meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
Skills & Experience (What You Will Bring):
To thrive in this position, you will need proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Analyst or Programme Coordinator role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Proven background in a highly regulated or multi-stakeholder environment such as Government, Enterprise, Banking, Insurance, or similar large corporate sectors.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
