Senior Delivery Manager - Mount Maunganui - 6 Months contract
Are you an experienced Delivery Manager with a knack for team leadership and continuous improvement? We have an exciting six-month contract opportunity to help manage our client's SAP teams in Mount Maunganui.
This is a great chance to make a real impact on a small team and drive key delivery outcomes.
The Role
As the Delivery Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the team's processes and ensuring smooth delivery. Your main tasks will include organizing backlogs and managing delivery items. You will also be responsible for handling escalations, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility, with three days onsite and the remaining two days being remote or onsite. We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately, and we are willing to negotiate a short notice period.
Skills Needed
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, with a focus on leadership and process improvement.
- Strong skills in organizing backlogs and managing delivery schedules.
- Experience with escalation management and stakeholder coordination.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP is a "nice-to-have" but not a primary requirement.
