In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions using modern platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric.
  
  
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, contributing hands-on across architecture, modelling, and performance optimisation.
  
  
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and consultants, fostering growth and collaboration.
  
  
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps, run discovery workshops, and guide clients on data strategy and delivery.
  
  
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld across all solutions and platforms.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope, price, and lead delivery of technical solutions.
  
  

Key Skills and Experience:

• Deep technical knowledge of modern data platforms and tools such as SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and cloud services (Azure or AWS).
  
  
• Proven experience leading or mentoring high-performing technical teams.
  
  
• Strong background in solution design, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  
  
• Expertise in implementing best practices in data governance, data modelling, and performance tuning.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
