About the Role
I’m seeking a dedicated Tech Support Professional to join a customer-focused team, providing exceptional advanced L1 network support services. You'll be the first point of contact for the customers, taking ownership of technical issues and ensuring prompt resolution or appropriate escalation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Take full ownership of customer cases from initial contact through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical matters to specialist teams when required.
- Maintain detailed case documentation and customer communication records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support roles within Networking, Cyber Security or Systems space.
- Strong foundation in networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and case management.
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Highly Desirable:
- Technical experience with enterprise networking devices, wireless technologies, network servers, AD, etc
