We’re looking for a Technical Lead - Data & AI to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI and data solutions. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams, apply hands-on expertise across analytics, MLOps, and cloud platforms, and collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to align technical execution with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable AI/ML and data solutions
- Champion engineering best practices, MLOps, and secure cloud-native approaches
- Manage the full lifecycle of data products and analytics platforms
- Remain hands-on with coding, deployment, optimisation, and debugging
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and technologies
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Cultivate a collaborative, agile, and growth-oriented team culture
- Provide mentorship and support to engineers, analysts, and data scientists
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated leadership in enterprise-level data and AI initiatives
- Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure) and MLOps
- Strong technical expertise in data pipelines, machine learning, and BI architecture
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and related technologies
- Solid understanding of system design, governance, and security principles
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Agile mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes
