We are seeking a Transformation Manager to partner with senior client executives and drive complex transformations. Join a premier global professional services firm in Auckland to solve high-stakes operational challenges across the consumer, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors.
Key Duties
- Shape: Future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, and compelling investment cases to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead: Workstreams within large-scale transformation programs spanning business, technology, data, and change.
- Redesign: End-to-end customer, operational, and regulatory processes to reduce complexity and improve sustainable productivity.
- Implement: Technology-enabled solutions utilizing enterprise platforms, AI-enabled tools, and workflow automation.
- Engage: Client executives and business leaders to identify value creation opportunities and ensure business adoption.
Skills & Experience Required
- Leadership: 4-7+ years of experience leading teams and delivering enterprise transformation or operations initiatives.
- Domain: Deep expertise in consumer industries (retail, FMCG, agribusiness, supply chain, or manufacturing).
- Strategy: Strong capability in operating model assessments, future-state design, and root-cause analysis.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital technologies, enterprise platforms, data solutions, and AI workflows.
- Advisory: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and communicate complex ideas.
