About the Role
- Project Diversity: Analysis and delivery across a broad spectrum of initiatives, including Digital, Infrastructure, Security, and AI.
- Consult: Partner with Product Owners to shape and prioritise the product backlog using Agile business value frameworks.
- Deliver: Produce high-quality user stories and coach multidisciplinary teams to define clear acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Facilitate: Participate in Agile ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
- Analyze: Undertake comprehensive root cause analysis, value mapping, and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Change: Apply change management principles to ensure all initiatives are successfully embedded within the organisation.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to other BAs on analysis methodologies and standardised artefacts.
Skills & Experience Required
- Expertise: Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large and complex project environments.
- Project Breadth: Proven experience delivering on diverse projects across Digital, Infrastructure, Security, and AI.
- Agile/Lean Mastery: Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Jira, Agile, and Lean delivery methodologies.
- Certifications: Industry-recognised Agile certification and preferably a Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to work cross-functionally across ICT divisions to achieve short and long-term strategic goals.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
