We are seeking a capable Data Tester for a 6-month contract engagement. This role is heavily focused on data migration, requiring hands-on technical expertise to ensure data integrity and seamless system transitions.

You will join a cooperative environment where your capability in testing modern data platforms and maintaining quality across pipelines will directly support critical project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quality engineering and testing efforts for large-scale data migration projects.
• Write, execute, and maintain robust test scripts using Python and SQL to validate data accuracy.
• Leverage Snowflake for hands-on data validation, querying, and performance testing.
• Support and integrate testing frameworks within existing CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Utilize SAS for specific data analysis and validation requirements throughout the migration process.

Skills and Experience Required

• Commercial experience as a Data Tester with a proven background in supporting data migration projects.
• Practical, hands-on expertise working within Snowflake environments.
• Solid scripting and querying capability using Python and SQL.
• Experience operating within and supporting continuous CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with SAS is required to support specific analytical data testing.
• A direct, analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving and defect resolution.
