Are you a seasoned, process-driven HR Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We are seeking an Senior HR Advisor to step in immediately and help navigate an active organisational restructure.
You will take ownership of the Employment Relations (ER) side of the business, manage key HR administrative workflows, and mentor/supervise our HR Coordination team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Employment Relations & Advisory: Drive clear, compliant HR processes. Act as our internal focal point for ER matters, partnering effectively with our external advisory partner (Employsure) to handle day-to-day queries and keep leadership informed on key cases.
Restructure Support: Assist with ongoing consultation processes, including drafting complex Letters of Offer, variations, and formal correspondence.
Process & Documentation Precision: Execute high-volume documentation using advanced Microsoft Word functions (mail merges) and ensure meticulous electronic filing.
Team Guidance & Quality Assurance: Review, check, and guide the output of our HR Coordinators, ensuring high attention to detail across the team.
HR Data & Systems: Update organizational structures and HR records, liaise directly with Payroll regarding changes, and manage access/permissions within SharePoint.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on & Methodical: Someone ready to "roll up their sleeves".
Strong ER & HR Knowledge: Solid grounding in HR practice, relevant legislation, and restructure consultation workflows.
Advanced MS Word Skills: Proven expertise in running complex mail merges and drafting precise documentation.
Solid Tech Toolkit: Intermediate+ MS Excel skills and practical experience managing access/permissions in SharePoint.
Leadership & QA Capability: Ability to review work, answer escalations, and support junior HR team members.
In-Office Availability: Able to be present in the office full-time and hit the ground running immediately.
